Banana Pudding Pie

This Banana Pudding Pie is the perfect no-bake dessert for any gathering. This pie features a delicious creamy pudding filling, vanilla wafers, bananas, and is topped with a whipped cream cheese mixture.

Ingredients

  • 1 9- inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 3.4- ounce package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 box of vanilla wafers
  • 2 ripe bananas

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add package of vanilla pudding and 2 cups of cold milk, combine with a hand mixer until it starts to thicken. Place pudding in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  • In a separate mixing bowl add softened cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Combine using a hand mixer until it reaches a whipped consistency. Using a spoon, fold in the cool whip. Crush half the package of vanilla wafers and peel and thinly slice the bananas. Add the crushed wafers and bananas to the mixture and use a spoon to combine.
  • Remove pudding from the refrigerator and add half of the whipped cream cheese mixture to it, use a spoon to combine. Fill the pie crust with the pudding/cream mixture and place it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  • Top the pie with the remainder of cool whip/cream cheese mixture. Then top with crushed vanilla wafers, and line the outer rim of the pie with whole vanilla wafers in an upright position. Let the pie rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours prior to serving. Enjoy!

Notes

• Banana flavored instant pudding can be used in place of vanilla if desired.
