In a large mixing bowl or casserole dish, combine the hashbrowns, ham, green onions, French onion dip (sour cream base), cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup of shredded Colby cheese. Season with salt & black pepper to taste, then stir the mixture until well combined.

Next, spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and transfer the hashbrown mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly on top.

  • 8 ounces French Onion Dip (sour cream based kind)
  • 1 ½ cups Colby Cheese shredded
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
