Add in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, cheese and stir to combine. In a large bowl prepare the Jiffy cornbread mix per the box instructions. Pour the cornbread batter on top of the sloppy joe mixture and spread it out evenly.

FAQ
Can I use Manwich sauce for this recipe?
- Yes! You may use it as a substitute instead of making your own.
How do I store leftovers?
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and eat within 2-3 days. However, keep in mind that this recipe is best eaten fresh because the cornbread will soak up excess moisture the longer it sits.
