Adjust Servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound peeled diced potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- ½ tablespoon garlic power
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees. If you're not using store bought pre-diced potatoes, peel and dice potatoes into small equal bite size pieces
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat brown up the ground beef, cook until there are no visible signs of pink. Drain the grease and return to skillet. Season with Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper. Next, add cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, potatoes and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a 7x11 casserole dish, top with shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are tender. Let rest for 15 minutes and enjoy!
Notes
If you are using frozen diced potatoes, make sure they are thawed completely, and all the excess water has been drained prior to adding to casserole; otherwise, it will cause your casserole to turn out watery.
