How to make this easy ground beef stroganoff recipe

Cook the Pasta: Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Then drain it and set it aside. (To prevent sticking, add a few drops of olive oil and stir.)

Sauté the Vegetables & Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the diced onion and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté them for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables start to soften. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until no pink is visible within the meat. Then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30-45 seconds. Drain off any excess grease and place the meat back into the skillet.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 1 ½ cup baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 1 ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 ounce bow tie pasta

Instructions
