This Beef Stroganoff Hamburger Helper is a quick and easy family favorite at my house! It features a creamy ground beef sauce combined with tender pasta which can be made in less than 30 minutes!
Cook pasta per package instructions, drain and set aside. (add a few drops of olive oil and stir to prevent sticking) In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the onion and mushroom and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until no pink is visible within the meat. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30-45 seconds then drain off excess grease. Place meat back into skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder and salt & black pepper to taste.
Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, sour cream, cream of mushroom, beef broth, and pasta then stir until well combined. Seve and enjoy!
