How To Make Cheddar Bay Hamburger Casserole
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, water and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix until well combined and set aside.
In hot large skillet over high medium heat add the ground beef and onions. Cook until no pink is visible within the meat, then drain off excess grease. Season meat with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir to combine and smooth off the top of the meat mixture.
