Crispy Potato Wedges

These Crispy Potatoe Wedges are soft and tender on the inside and irresistibly crispy on the outside. Their savory flavor and satisfying crunch make them the ideal appetizer for any occasion.

  • 2 pounds of small russet potatoes
  • Salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Seasoned salt


  • Wash and dry potatoes well. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, slice each half into 4-5 wedges depending on size of potato.
  • Over medium-high heat bring a pot of water to boil and season with a pinch of salt. Add potato wedges and allow to boil for 6-7 minutes until they start to turn fork tender. Drain and add to large mixing bowl, soak excess water from potatoes with paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil, and add seasoned salt, tossing to coat potatoes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees, allow potatoes to cook for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to toss potato wedges every 5 minutes or so while cooking. Serve with dipping sauce. Enjoy!


• This recipe can also be made in an oven! To make it in an oven, place potato wedges on a baking rack, cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are crisp on the outside. Make sure to flip potatoes at the halfway mark.
