Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 12 ounces penne pasta cooked and drained
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced

  • 2 10 ounce Rotel undrained
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cook pasta per package instructions and set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the ground beef, sausage, bell peppers, and onions. Cook the meat until no pink is visible and drain off any excess grease. Season with onion powder and garlic powder

    Love the OG recipe, wouldn’t change to much. Only thing I did was go with a protein pasta and only run 2/3 not the entire 16oz. I’m definitely more into the meat and sauce vs pasta.
