Rotel Pasta

This Rotel Pasta features creamy melted Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, ground meat and pasta to create a meal that’s sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 12 ounces penne pasta cooked and drained
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper diced
  • 2 10 ounce Rotel undrained
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cook pasta per package instructions and set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the ground beef, sausage, bell peppers, and onions. Cook the meat until no pink is visible and drain off any excess grease. Season with onion powder and garlic powder
  • Add undrained cans of Rotel, milk and Velveeta to the skillet. Stir until combined then cover and allow the cheese to melt, stirring occasionally. Once cheese is fully melted add the pasta and stir until combined. Serve & enjoy!
