In a large skillet add the ground beef and onions. Cook until no pink is visible and add in minced garlic and allow to cook for 1 minute. Drain off excess grease then season with seasoned salt.
Add in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, minute rice, and beef broth. Stir to combine and bring to a light simmer for 2-3 minutes until broth is absorbed. Stir int ½ cup of cheese and ½ cup of bacon crumbles.
Top with remainder of cheese and bacon. Cover and allow steam to melt the cheese. Serve & enjoy!
