Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil and diced onions. Let the onions cook for 2-3 minutes then add in the ground beef. Cook meat until no pink is visible and drain off any excess grease. Season the meat with Montreal steak seasoning and add the ketchup, mustard, dill relish. Stir to combine
In a 9x13 casserole dish, slice open the Hawaiian Rolls horizontally. Place the bottom portion of the rolls in the casserole dish and place 5 slices of cheese on the bottom. Top with the meat mixture and then crumbled bacon. Finish by topping with the remaining cheese slices and placing the top portion of the rolls on top. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
