Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tater tots into a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
In a skillet over medium high heat, add the ground beef and onions. Cook until no pink is visible within the meat and drain off any excess grease. Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning.
Add in can of cheddar cheese soup, sour cream and bacon. Stir to combine then pour tater tots on top. Spread the tots out evenly, top with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the tater tots are crispy. Serve & enjoy!
