Cast Iron Skillet Pizza

This Cast Iron Skillet Pizza is a super easy recipe that is perfect for pizza night! It can be made in less than 30 minutes and it's totally customizable.

Ingredients

  • 13.8 ounce canned pizza crust
  • ΒΌ cup pizza sauce
  • 2-3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 25 pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add the olive oil to the bottom of the cast iron skillet. Open canned pizza dough and place it into the skillet. Mold the dough to form the shape of the skillet, making sure to work it around in the olive oil.
  • Add pizza sauce and spread evenly on top of the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Add any additional toppings too.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until dough is fully cooked and the cheese is melted. Slice into equal pie shaped pieces using a pizza slicers, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Add your favorite pizza toppings to customize it to your taste.
This recipe makes a 12-inch pizza.
