Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole

This Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole features all the delicious flavors of a juicy cheeseburger and side of crispy fries rolled into an easy casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 28- ounce bag of shoestring French fries
  • 10.5 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Burger Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon dehydrated onions
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer and cook the French fries per the package instructions. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onions then brown the meat until no pink is visible. Add minced garlic and combine with the meat, cook for 30-45 seconds. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drain off any excess grease. Add can of cheddar cheese soup and cream of mushroom soup and stir to combine.
  • Transfer meat mixture to a 7x11 casserole dish and top with cooked French fries. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • In a small bowl add burger sauce ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Drizzle the burger sauce on top of the casserole, serve and enjoy!
