Cheesy Chili Mac

This Cheesy Chili Mac recipe is a family favorite! Its super easy to make and even the pickiest of eaters will be going back for seconds!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 12 ounce elbow pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 15.5 ounce Chili beans undrained
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce
  • 14.5 ounce petite diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain off excess water and add a few drops of olive oil to the pasta to prevent it from sticking.
  • Add ground beef and onions to a large skillet and cook until no pink is visible within the meat. Drain off any excess grease. Season with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Add undrained chili beans, drained tomatoes, tomato sauce, cheese and pasta. Stir to combine ingredients. Serve & enjoy!
