This Cheesy Dorito Taco Casserole is the best! Perfectly seasoned ground beef covered with Doritos and your favorite taco toppings will have you loving every bite.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and onions. Cook until no pink is visible within the meat. Add the minced garlic and allow it to cook for 30-45 seconds then drain off any excess grease.
Season the meat with a packet of taco seasoning, add a can of Rotel and Mexicorn and stir until well combined.
In a 7x11 casserole dish, place a single layer of meat mixture in the bottom followed by a layer of cheese and a layer of crushed Doritos. Repeat this step once to complete the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve topped with fresh Pico De Gallo and sour cream. Enjoy!
