Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Spaghetti Noodles
  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts diced
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • ½ Yellow Onion diced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce

Instructions

  • Cook noodles per package instruction. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the chicken and massage into the meat, then season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. In a large skillet over medium-high heat sear the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. (7-9 minutes)
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and dice into bite size pieces. Reduce the heat to low. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and butter to the skillet. Once the butter is melted add in the onions and allow them to cook 2-3 minutes to soften then add in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add in the heavy whipping cream, parmesan garlic sauce, and parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and the sauce has a creamy texture. Season the sauce with salt & black pepper
  • Add the cooked spaghetti noodles and diced chicken to the sauce and toss until well combined. Serve & enjoy!
