Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breast and massage into the meat. Season both sides of the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika salt and black pepper. In a skillet over medium high heat add the chicken breast and cook until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. (7-10 minutes). Remove from the skillet and dice into small pieces.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add in the butter and a small splash of olive oil. Once the butter is melted add in the heavy whipping cream and shredded parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture comes to a simmer.
Place the garlic toast onto a baking sheet and top with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Then top with the diced chicken. Cover with foil and bake on 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the bread is hot and cheese is melted. Drizzle the alfredo sauce on top. Serve & enjoy!
