Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place cinnamon rolls into a 7x13 baking dish and add 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream. In a small bowl melt 4 tablespoons butter and add 1/3 cup brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined and pour mixture in equal parts on top of the cinnamon rolls.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. In a separate bowl add cream cheese, butter, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to combine until it has a whipped consistency.
Remove the cinnamon rolls from oven when finished cooking and top with icing. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
The more powdered sugar you add the sweeter and thicker the icing will become so start will a little and add more if desired. There may be a small amount of liquid left in the bottom of the casserole dish even if the cinnamon rolls are finished baking. It will not affect the taste so just drain it from the baking dish if desired. For the powder sugar only icing- 1/2 cup powder sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a 1 tablespoon of milk until desired consistency reached.
