Ingredients
2large boneless chicken breasts
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonminced garlic
2tablespoonbutter
1 ½cupheavy whipping cream
1cupparmesan cheese
½tablespoononion powder
½tablespoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpaprika
salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to form chicken cutlets. Season both sides of the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Place the chicken in the skillet and allow it to sear 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature is 165. Place the chicken on a plate and set it aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium heat and add the butter. Make sure to leave all the seasoning from cooking the chicken in the bottom of the pan. Once the butter is fully melted, add the minced garlic and allow it to sauté for 30 seconds or until it becomes fragrant. Add heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Constantly stir until it comes to a simmer and all the cheese is melted.
Add the chicken cutlets back to the skillet and top with garlic parmesan sauce. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You may substitute chicken breasts for chicken tenderloins. Cooking time will vary if you decide to do so.
