Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

This Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is the perfect blend of tangy, creamy and crunchy!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Rotini Pasta
  • 8 ounce block medium cheddar cheese diced
  • 2 cups dill pickles diced
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • ½ cup chopped bacon
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed

Instructions

  • Cook pasta per package instructions, drain and run pasta under cold water until the pasta has cooled to room temperature. Add the pasta to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small mixing bowl add the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice and packet of Ranch dressing seasoning. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Add the diced pickle, diced cheese, chopped bacon and ranch mixture to the large mixing bowl with the pasta. Season with dill weed and toss until well combined.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 4-6 hours prior to serving.
