Double Cheese Fry Burger Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 1- pound shoestring French fries
  • 1 tablespoon Burger seasoning
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • 12 Savory Butter slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Burger sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon dehydrated chopped onions

Instructions

  • Prep Work- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the shoestring French fries per the package instructions. In a small bowl add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, black pepper and dehydrated onion and stir to combine.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the ground beef and season with burger seasoning. Cook until no pink is visible and then drain off the excess grease. Add ¼ cup ketchup and combine.
  • Cut the rolls in half and lay them face up on a baking sheet. Place a single layer of cheese on the bottom portion of the rolls and then an even layer of ground beef on top of the cheese. Top with as much burger sauce as desired then add another layer of cheese on top. Add any desired condiments and then place a layer of French fries. Place the remaining buns on top and brush the melted butter on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is fully melted. Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

Notes

Do not purchase Sweet Rolls for this recipe. Make sure you purchase rolls that have a savory butter flavor.
