Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add in the olive oil. Add the chicken and season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Cook chicken until internal temp reach 165 degrees (around 7-9 minutes).
In a 7x13 casserole dish, add the hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, French onion dip, cooked chicken, and 1 cup of cheese then mix until well combined. Top with cheese and french fried onions.
Bake at 350 degrees on the bottom rack for 30-40 minutes or until hashbrowns are fully cooked. Serve & enjoy!
Notes
If you are using frozen hash browns, make sure they are fully thawed before adding to the casserole.
