Add steak bites to a large mixing bowl, add olive oil and season with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Toss until every piece is evenly coated with seasoning.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steak bites and allow to sear for 1-2 minutes before stirring to help form a crust. Cook for 4-7 minutes, occasionally stirring, based on how well you like your steak.
Once cooked to your liking remove the steak bites from the skillet and wipe away any excess water. Turn the heat off and allow the skillet to slightly cool for a minute.
On low heat add the butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Once melted add the minced garlic and cook for 45 seconds or until fragrant. Add steak bites back to the skillet and str to combine with the garlic butter sauce. Serve & enjoy!
Notes
You can use any cut of steak for this recipe. I like using sirloin because I'm not crazy about excess fat in my steak bites and it's very easy to cut into perfect bite sized pieces. Feel free to use your favorite steak seasoning for this recipe
