Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the ground beef and onions. Brown the beef until no pink is seen within the meat. Drain off any excess grease and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste.
Add can of cream of mushroom, cheddar cheese soup and both cans of drained sliced potatoes. Stir until well combined then top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until casserole is warm and cheese is melted. Serve & enjoy!
