Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl add the diced potatoes, olive oil and seasoned salt, toss to combine. Add potatoes to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until crispy, tossing potatoes around every 5 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the ground beef. Cook the meat until no pink is visible then drain the grease and add taco seasoning. Mix until the seasoning is well combined with the meat. Add taco blend cheese and stir to combine.
Pour the potatoes into the skillet and combine with the meat. Top with nacho cheese and Pico de Gallo. Serve & enjoy!
