Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat add ground beef and ground Italian sausage. Cook meat until no pink is visible then drain the excess grease.
In a greased baking sheet, roll out both tubes of pizza crust and cut each in half and then fold the corners of each piece inwards. Add ¼ cup of sauce onto one half of each piece of dough. Make sure to leave ½-1 inch border. Then add ¼ the amount of Italian sausage, ground beef, and bacon on top of the sauce. Top each with 5 slices of pepperoni and ¼ the amount of cheese. Fold the dough over on top of the toppings, form into a half circle shape and press the edges together then take a fork and crimp the edges. Poke a few holes in the top of each calzone and baste the top with butter. Sprinkle some parsley on top if desired.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
