In a large mixing bowl add both packets of instant chocolate pudding. Add milk and heavy whipping cream. Use a hand mixer to mix until the consistency thickens. Add most of the crushed Oreos but make sure to leave some for garnishing the top. Fold Oreos into the mousse mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly. Add the cool whip to the top of the pie and spread out evenly. Garnish the top with more crushed Oreos and shaved chocolate. Set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
