Remove the membrane off the back of the rib by gripping it with a paper towel. Once removed, lay the ribs out on aluminum foil. Apply a generous amount of mustard to one side of the ribs and massage it into the meat. Season generously with the pork rub. Flip and repeat on the other side. Wrap the rib tightly using aluminum foil.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove from the oven at the 2-hour mark, and apply a generous amount of BBQ sauce. Bake the ribs uncovered for an additional 30 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
