Adjust Servings4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 bone in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Place the pork chops on a large place and sprinkle the hot sauce on top. Massage the hot sauce into the meat, making sure to do both sides of the pork chop. Then season both sides with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper to taste.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the olive oil. Once the skillet is hot place the pork chops into the skillet and allow them to sear for 4-5 minutes before flipping. Cook the other side for an additional 4-5 minutes until the internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
  • Once the chops are done you can turn off the heat and add the tablespoon of butter. Allow it to melt and then baste the pork chops with it for extra flavor. Serve & enjoy!

Notes

Cooking time is based on 1-inch pork chops. Cooking time may vary so I always suggest using a meat thermometer.
