Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Season both sides of the pork chops with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper and ¼ teaspoon paprika. Then drizzle olive oil over each pork chop and massage it into the meat.
Add breadcrumbs to a large plate and season with 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon paprika and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Stir until seasonings are well combined. Place each pork chop into the bread crumb mixture and coat each side.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add enough vegetable oil to barely coat the bottom of the skillet. Once the oil is hot, place the pork chops in oil and allow them to sear 2-3 minutes on each side or until they develop a golden-brown crust.
Remove excess oil from the skillet then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
While the pork chops are baking prepare the topping. Add the ranch, shredded parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese to a mixing bowl and combine. Once the pork chops are finished baking apply a generous amount of topping to each pork chop. Swap the oven to high broil setting and broil for 2-3 minutes until the topping starts to form a golden-brown crust.
Allow to slightly cool, serve and enjoy!
