Pecan Pie Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs whisked
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • ½ cups butter melted
  • 2 cups Karo Syrup
  • 4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cups pecan halves
  • 1 Pillsbury Pie Crust Package 2 crusts
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add the whisked eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and Karo syrup. Mix together, incorporating the chopped pecans.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, spray the baking dish well with nonstick cooking spray and place one crust in the bottom of the dish. Pour in 90% of the pecan mixture then place the second crust on top. Pour the remainder of the pecan mixture on top and then place the pecan halves on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes until filling is set and crust is cooked toughly. Serve & enjoy!
