In a large mixing bowl add the steak slices and olive oil, toss until well combined. Season with all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper then toss to coat each piece with seasoning.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 3 tablespoons of butter and allow it to melt. Then add bell pepper and onions and stir to mix with the butter. Sauté the vegetables until they start to soften and turn brown along the edges. Then move them to one side of the skillet and add the steak to the opposite side.
Allow the steak to sear for 4-5 minutes and then mix it with the vegetables and finish browning the steak. It should take around 10-12 minutes to fully cook depending on the thickness of the strips.
Add 2 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Sprinkle in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and mix it with the meat and veggies. Pour in beef broth and stir until the gravy thickens. Reduce heat to low and allow gravy to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
