Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta per package instructions until al dente and drain off excess water. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, diced onions and mushrooms. Cook until the meat is no longer pink, and the onions and mushrooms are soft. Add minced garlic and combine with meat, cook for 30-45 seconds until fragrant and then drain off excess grease and season with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add pizza sauce, bacon, pepperoni slices and cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until well combined. Top with cheese, bacon pieces and pepperoni.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden brown. Serve & enjoy!

You may add any additional pizza toppings that you like. This recipe is highly customizable so add what you would normally order on your pizza.
