In a large pot over medium high heat add the ground beef and yellow onions. Cook meat until no pink is visible then add the minced garlic and cook for 30-45 seconds. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, southwest corn, rotel, petite diced tomatoes, pinto beans, black beans and chicken broth to the pot. Stir until well combined and cover with a lid. Bring the soup to a simmer. Stirring occasionally, allow it to simmer for 15-30 minutes. Allow to slightly cool, serve & enjoy!
