How to make Cast Iron Skillet Pizza
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Then add the olive oil to the bottom of the cast iron skillet and brush around, coating the bottom of the pan. Pop open the canned pizza dough and place it into the bottom of the skillet. Then Mold the dough to form the shape of the skillet, making sure to work it around in the olive oil.
Add pizza sauce or marinara sauce and spread it evenly on top of the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Add any additional toppings too.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until dough is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and golden brown. For best results Remove from skillet immediately and place onto baking rack to prevent the dough from becoming soggy. Slice into equal pie shaped pieces using a pizza slicers, serve and enjoy!
