In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the diced onions, ground beef, and minced garlic. Season with beef bouillon powder, salt and pepper. Cook until no pink is visible within the meat and then drain off the excess grease.
Add tomatoe sauce, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and drained pasta. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer over low-medium heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with a lid. Turn off the heat and allow the steam to melt the cheese.
Allow it to cool for 5 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!
